Terms and conditions

Cancellations:

For cancellations made 8 weeks in advance we offer a 50% refund or one free date change.

For cancellations made 4 weeks in advance we can only offer a 30% refund (minus a £5 booking fee).

If we receive less than 4 weeks’ notice we are unable to offer a refund or date change on course places.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone in your place; please provide your replacement’s name, phone number and email address in advance of the workshop.

If a date change has been requested we cannot offer a refund on a subsequent cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances and we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible if this situation arises.

In the event of a course cancellation we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

We cannot accept liability for consequential loss e.g. travel or accommodation costs in these circumstances.
